Charges for Wills

We charge £150.00 plus VAT for a simple Will and only £250.00 plus VAT for a couple’s Wills.

We are happy to discuss and agree a fixed fee for more complicated Wills. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this.

Existing clients are entitled to a 10% discount on our fees.

We are willing to accept payment by instalments.

How Long Will It Take?

We will usually meet with you for an hour or so to discuss your wishes. It usually takes 2 weeks from that meeting to prepare your Will, arrange for you to sign it and make arrangements for storage.

• Free Home Visit: We will be happy to come to your home or office to take your instructions (dependent upon location).
• Extended Office Hours: We are available outside of office hours, including weekends. If you work or have young children it can be difficult to find time during the day to deal with your legal affairs. We will be happy to meet with you at any time up to 7pm during the week and often we have appointments available on Saturdays.
• Call Back Guarantee: We will return all calls within 4 working hours of you leaving a message asking for us to return your call.
• Mobility: We are very mobile and are often able to visit you when it is time to sign your Will. This is a useful service for our elderly and immobile clients.
