- Free Home Visit: We will be happy to come to your home or office (dependent on location) to take your instructions and help you to complete our client registration form, property information forms and to verify your identity (in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations).
- Extended Office Hours: We are available outside of office hours, including weekends. If you work or have young children it can be difficult to find time during the day to deal with your legal affairs. We will be happy to meet with you at any time up to 7pm during the week and often we have appointments available on Saturdays.
- Same day service guarantee: We will endeavour to deal with all letters, e-mails and faxes on the same day that we receive them.
- Call Back Guarantee: We will endeavour to return all calls within 4 working hours if you leave a message asking for us to return your call.
- Mobility: We are very mobile and often hand deliver documents to and collect documents from local clients and solicitors. We find this speeds up the process substantially.
