Issuing court proceedings is very much the last resort - we understand this and will do all we can to both recover your money and maintain your relationship with your client.

We offer a variety of services, from a one-off letter to your debtor to consultation and review of credit management and debt recovery systems and procedures. We can arrange for debtors to be chased for payment automatically when payment becomes overdue.

How Much Will Debt Recovery Cost?

If all you need is a letter or telephone call chasing up your debtor we only charge £25.00 plus VAT - per call/letter.

For pre litigation negotiations we charge an hourly rate of £150.00 plus VAT.
