SO, WHO ARE WE?

Hello! I am Sarah Edmunds. I am 31 years old and qualified as a solicitor in 2004 after too many years of studying! I have been working within the legal profession since 1997 and began my career at a prestigious law firm in Islington, London. My training continued at a medium sized, predominantly private client practice in Brighton. I subsequently moved to a larger, more commercial practice in Seaford and Uckfield where I was quickly promoted to manage the firm's Residential Property Team across 3 branches.

My practice commenced on 1 December 2008 and it has grown and grown ever since! I am delighted that a Clare Lane joined the practice as an Associate in September this year. I worked with Clare for many years before starting my practice and knew she would be a huge asset. It turns out she is! Clare has 12 years experience in both residential and commercial property. Clare has managed a number of very large property developments, resulting in us becoming the "lawyers of choice" to some local developers.

Clare is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is the best property lawyer I have met.

Most people do not WANT to see a solicitor - they are in a position where they have to. The ethos of our business is simple:

We absolutely love what we do and being able to help. We enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. In my spare time, I enjoy snowboarding, gardening and shopping. I have a wonderful and supportive husband and 3 very unsupportive cats!

Clare enjoys (and is annoyingly excellent at) skiing, diving and kite surfing. She is also married and has a fantastic (and unforgiving!) dog called Molly.
