Most people put off making a Will for a number of reasons.

 

If you fail to make a Will, it is likely your family will endure a long legal battle trying to deal with your affairs, even if this is comprises just a bank account and a car. If you have your own business or children this is could cause further complications.

How much will it cost?

A simple Will should cost in the region of £150.00. If you and your partner/spouse are making similar Wills together, this should cost no more than £250.00. However, if you require specialist trust, tax or other advice, this will cost more. Please contact Sarah to discuss this further.
